User Experience Monitoring — Core Web Vitals & error tracking
- Real User Monitoring is now User Experience Monitoring — and it's grown well beyond visitor counting.
- Added Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP, FCP) measured from real visitor devices, not synthetic checks.
- Added JavaScript and HTTP error tracking — uncaught exceptions and failed requests captured with stack traces, straight from real browsers.

Call notifications for monitors
- Added phone call alerts — get a real voice call when a monitor goes up, down, or partially down, in addition to email and other channels.
- Configure Call as a new integration from the Integrations page and assign it to any monitor.
- Bring your own credentials — connect your own Telnyx or Twilio account so calls are billed directly to you, with full control over your provider setup.

Real User Monitoring (RUM) — visitor count tracking
- Added a new RUM Monitoring page — drop a single lightweight snippet on your site to track unique visitors and page views in real time.
- Monitor listing now shows a live visitor count badge next to the uptime status for any monitor with RUM enabled.
- This is the first step in StatusEagle's Real User Monitoring. We're actively building out the full RUM feature set next, including Core Web Vitals, JS error tracking, and geographic/device breakdowns.

Custom domain (CNAME) support for status pages
- You can now point your own domain (e.g. status.yourcompany.com) at your StatusEagle status page via CNAME.
- SSL certificate setup for custom domains is currently handled manually on our end — after adding your custom domain, please open a support ticket so we can install the certificate for you.
- We're automating SSL provisioning for custom domains and expect this to be fully self-serve within the next month or two.

Status page enhancements
- Status pages now support custom branding — upload a logo and configure the search/social preview title and description.
- Added a "Recent Incidents" section to public status pages, showing the latest incidents affecting the monitors on that page.
- Reorganized status page settings into separate General Settings and Branding tabs for easier navigation.
